Great theme you've made Acronym! IMHO it's one of the best themes out there at the moment!
I just found a little "quirk" in it last night when i added the {PDFICON} to the newsitems. When clicking the PDF button, an error message told that: "some output had already been sent, can not send pdf file".
I found out that there is a bug posted on this on e107.org, but the bug seems to be theme oriented more then code related.
According to a tip in the bugtracker i removed the blank spaces after ?> in your theme.php and VOILÁ the PDF thingy worked like a charm again!
