It was missing the language file include and version has been corrected on the language file as well ... I'll be updating the theme in the downloads with this as well...
Maybe it's something I'm doing but I deleted my old folder, and uploaded the entire new fix, but it still doesn't work I've changed it back to reline for the time being, but this is what it looked like even with the fix folder in the downloads area.

Did you replace your theme.php with the above file? Or just the language folder? You need to replace the last file I posted above... and be sure that you add the language file as well if you haven't done so already.
