Hey Serenity!
thanks for your ported theme Biru_Manteb v1. It looks great on my site (www.lighthousebapt. org). I made some slight modifications to the fonts but wondered how I could add an image to the sidebar. Is this easy? (I really have very little experience tweaking the style.css file). Also, how can I add an image to the right of my welcome text? Can I get the text to wrap around it?
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Your site looks great. I must say.

To add an image to the sidebar:
open up the theme.php file in the theme folder.
look for:

code1:
http:// www.portedthemes.com /code123.txt

add above or below:
code2:
http:// www.portedthemes.com /code123.txt

Be sure to place the image you are adding into your theme images directory.

Now for your welcome text... I have on the text editors in my site preferences. so all I have to do is click on the image icon then add the image i want then tell it too go left or right. but here is a code you can use if you have html access set to Admin.

code3:
http:// www.portedthemes.com /code123.txt

Should look something like this:

welcome.pngText hereeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee
and thereeeeeeeeeeeeeeee eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee
and thereeeeeeeeeeeeeeee eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee
and somemore hereeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee eeeeeeee
hope were are going around theeeeeeeeeeeeeeee
image............... .................... .................... .......
Lets see... a few................. .................... ..........
more linessssssssssssssss ssssssssssssssssssss ss
then I think its good enoughhhhhhhhhhhhhhh hhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh
to see................. .................... .................... .................... ............

EDIT:
Sorry had to add the codes to a txt file because for some reason it places weird characters in when it shouldn't.

well this is what I have gotten back so far:

I've not seen anyone perfect using the regular { SITELINKS} and submenus yet. They either use the tree menu (you'd have to mod it to get your look or q menu plugin (alot of people swear by this) OR use the sublink generator under admin -> sitelinks. I've not messed with that one yet, but it may be worth looking at, however I believe it's pretty limited....

See the source of your page, find the sublink and take the class. You will find something like 'd_sublink'. Use that class in your style.css.

I am going to test both of these in the morning and see what I come up with.

no problem... so far I haven't came up with anything... I am beginning to wonder it this is not a new bug in the cms .. because I tried adding sublinks in the jayya theme which is a default e107 theme and they aren't displaying their correctly either... I haven't tried the plugin that thedude mentioned as of yet though.
